Basic XMLHTTPRequest library

I only showed this to a couple of people in the RubyOnRails channel, and somehow it leaked out, got over 200 visitors yesterday, made it onto a couple of blogs, and even hit the del.icio.us popular page. I'm quite pleased by this, if a little dismayed that incomplete beta code is making it out there, because RSS Digest is no longer in the chart.

So I figuredI should lay claim to it now. It's basically a basic XMLHTTPRequest library you can use from your Web pages. It's compatible with IE5 and above, FireFox, Safari, and even Konqueror. Thanks to the people in the Rails community who helped me test. It also includes a Google Suggest style javascript library I wrote but which is woefully incomplete. One guy has already turned it into a search system for his blog though..! Very nice work!
