Diet Chocolate

Is there such a thing? Splenda is almost as good as sugar, in my opinion, so can you buy chocolate made with Splenda instead of sugar? That way instead of 300 calories for a bar, it could be about 50. I know about diabetic chocolate, but that doesn't count. I'm talking mass market diet chocolate. Other than Flyte, I've never seen any chocolate which makes a dieting claim.
