Getting the iBook repaired (step 1)

Apple may have a great site when it comes to selling and explaining what their products are about, but it kinda sucks when your computer's broken and you want to send it back. I duly went to their support site and saw nothing about sending it back, so selected 'iBook' from the drop down list. I was presented with a list of rudimentary problems people have with their iBook (nearly all of them relating to not bothering to read the Help, rather than mechanical problems like mine), and then in tiny text at the bottom right I saw: "Are you worried your iBook might need service? Check out our iBook service FAQ." Great!

I visit the iBook service FAQ and find a section just for me called "How do I get my iBook serviced?" Great! I am given these options:

No links, no further information.. that's it. I mail my iBook to Apple? How about an address or a link? I can take it to an Apple Authorized Service Provider? Where's one of those? I have worked myself into a dead end. You can find the answers to these questions with some luck, some hammering of Apple's search features, and calling them up.. but darn it, MAKE IT EASIER!
