Anyone want to recommend me some podcasts? I can't stand many I've tried already, but I'm sure there's gold out in them thar' hills. The only one I listen to now is iTunes New Music Tuesday. It's short, and gives you the skinny on what's new on the iTunes Music Store.
Depends on what you are looking for - there are many different types of podcasts - chitchat, funny, tech, etc.
I'm a geek (java programmer) and I have my favorites listed on my site.

I read Blogography frequently and Dave Simmons mentioned it in the following post: http://www.blogography.com/archives/2005/07/tripping_day_fo.html
Been meaning to listen.
Posted by: Dave H at July 28, 2005 04:51 PMI listen to as many of the 'britcaster' (www.britcaster.com) shows as i can. my favourite is simulacrum (www.listentothestars.co.uk) and the tartan podcast (http://tartanpodcast.libsyn.com/). There is a good American food one called Eat Feed as well (http://eatfeed.com)
Posted by: joe martin at July 29, 2005 09:44 AMIf you're interested, Mitch Keeler has a (pretty good, imho) Web Hosting podcast. As far as I know, it's the only one out there on the topic.
(The address is www.webhostingshow.com)
Posted by: Reece S at July 29, 2005 10:05 PMBit behind here but three great indie rock shows are:
www.scissorkick.com
www.upthetree.com
www.aurgasm.us
I've also really enjoyed working my way through a few conferences I couldn't get to at the archives of www.ITConversations.com. They've got most of eTech2005, Web2.0 2004, and a few others. ITConversations has a surprising amount of interesting stuff.
Also, SmartCity is a good although quite infrequent show about urban planning and cities.
