Acer's UK warranty repairs move to Lynx

If you've been reading for a while, you might remember the Acer saga where a notebook took over six weeks to be fixed under Acer's warranty scheme in the UK. A company called Esplex seemed to be the centre of the problem, but a few days ago I got a mail from Quinn Potgieter, a manager at a company called Lynx Technology. Supposedly Lynx has now taken over Acer's UK warranty support and repair, and, supposedly, things have improved significantly.
