We saw the $100 to a random person who adds me to del.icio.us stunt a couple of weeks ago. The page ended up with over 3214 people bookmarking it, and I bet that guy got a lot of traffic out of it.

In a similar vein, Matt at CyberWire is offering a $50 prize to a random person who links to his Text Link Ads review (and it's actually a pretty good review). I wasn't going to enter but I saw only one person bothered so far, and the deadline is.. today. So, why not? That's a 50% chance of winning.
