Blogmusik: Free online iPod

Blogmusik

BlogMusik is a great site. It's basically a virtual iPod that has thousands of songs on it. You can search and play songs through your browser.. pause, fast forward, etc. The catalogue is pretty incredible. I haven't found many artists who aren't on it. It even has Hooverphonic, Paolo Conte, Serge Gainsbourg, and all sorts of artists you wouldn't consider nowadays mainstream.

Problem is.. I can't see how it's legal. So.. I'm using it while I can, but I would certainly pay a monthly fee to use a site like this where I have a catalogue of millions of songs I can stream. The US already has stuff like this, with Rhapsody and Napster, for example, but the UK is sorely lacking. (Admittedly, Napster has a UK version available for £9.95 but it's Windows & Windows Media Player only! Why not do it in the browser so we can all use it?)
