A few days ago we went to see the Dirty Sanchez movie. Dirty Sanchez is like an even more extreme, British version of Jackass (it's known as Team Sanchez in the US). They released it the same week as Jackass 2 was released in the US, so I think they're trying to cash in on the atmosphere. Today we saw Jackass 2.

My verdict is that the Team Sanchez film was both generally funnier and significantly more extreme and daring than Jackass 2.. but.. I still prefer the Jackass movie because the guys are so endearing and the stunts are a lot cuter. If you want to see some extreme nastiness (slicing off fingers, drinking liposuction fat, masturbation contests) then see Dirty Sanchez immediately.. but if you want to laugh with the actors, try Jackass. If, however, you have an IQ higher than 10 and any sense of decency, avoid both!
