Laura's dragging me off to Alton Towers, Britain's largest theme park. It wasn't my idea and I'm not keen on the rides, but I'm game for a (hesitant) laugh anyway. It's pretty cool to see how the rides work in any case.

There are a few rides that sound interesting. Air is a ride that's like a rollercoaster you hang from, but it tips you 90 degrees so you're always facing the ground (or the sky, on loops) and supposedly makes you feel like you're flying. More information on my return, if I survive.
