I keep getting stuff in the mail from Dell saying how cheap their machines are, so I decided to check it out. I specced out their cheapest machine with a minor memory upgrade and it kept telling me it would only cost £174.00 excluding VAT and shipping. But then when I hit the checkout I got the real sticker shock:

Dell are charging £60 including VAT for delivery. Naturally, they don't make this clear up front.. but wow, that's some serious money they're making there.
