I had a good first offer, although I was not really planning to sell it. That triggered me to just check if anyone else wanted it, and I got an even better second offer from a third party.. so all very quick. No bidding wars wanted here :) Just quick and easy. The profit on Snippets comes from ads. However, you don't see them if you're a registered user there.. as I found registered users never click on them.. so it's just all the people coming in from Google, etc. Yeah, no-one would want to buy my crappy personal site :)
